The IPMAT marking scheme has each question of 4 marks with a negative marking of 1 mark for each incorrect answer except for the Quantitative Ability (SA) Section. SA* stands for Short Answers.

IIM Ranchi – IPMAT INDORE – 120 seats
Admission to Integrated Programme in management of IIM Ranchi will be based on performance of candidates in the Aptitude Test (IPMAT), Personal Interview (PI) and their Academic profile. The PI process will be conducted by IIM Ranchi.
- Gender Diversity * (Add 5 marks) 5 marks will be added to female and transgender candidates only. These points will be added on to the composite score at the very last stage of evaluation.
- These are bonus points added to a candidate’s score and not to the total (i.e., 100 points) The Admission Criteria for IPM 2023-28 may be revised before the declaration of results.
- The Consolidated Merit List (CML) would be compiled on the basis of IPMAT 2023 – IIM Indore test score, PI Score, and Academic Profile Score based on the overall academic performance at the secondary and the higher secondary levels.
IIM Jammu (60 seats) & IIM Bodhgaya (60 seats) – JIPMAT – 120 (seats)
Each right answer will result in 4 marks, and every wrong answer will result in a deduction of 1 mark.

Selection Process
The selection process of IIM Jammu consists of:
- Joint Integrated Programme in Management Admission Test (JIPMAT) to be conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA).
- Preparation of Merit list will be based on JIPMAT Score and gender diversity.
IIFT – INDIAN INSTITUTE OF FOREIGN TRADE
IIFT will be accepting scores of the Integrated Program in Management Aptitude Test (IPMAT) to provide admission to their new five-year integrated management programme. It has been launched at the Kakinada campus. On the successful completion of the programme, aspirants will be awarded a Bachelor of Business Administration (Business Analytics) and a Master of Business Administration (International Business).

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must check out the eligibility criteria for the IIFT IPM programme before applying. The criteria have been provided below.
- Aspirants must have passed the Class 12/HSC examination in any stream or equivalent with 60% aggregate (55% aggregate for reserved categories) or more in the years 2020, 2021, or those appearing in 2022.
- Test takers must have opted for Business Mathematics/Mathematics/ as a subject in Class 12th.
- Students should have passed Class 10 with 60% aggregate (55% aggregate for reserved category) or more in the year not before 2018.
IPMAT & JIPMAT
While IPMAT is conducted for IIM Indore and IIM Rohtak, JIPMAT is conducted for IIM Bodh Gaya and IIM Jammu. The National Testing Agency conducts the Joint Integrated Programme in Management Admission Test for admission into the five-year IPM program.
